Q. What’s in it for me if I engage you?

A. You get honesty and transparency.  You will be treated the way you like to be treated from the start.  If we sense right out of the gate that we can’t do that we will say so and offer to connect you with someone who can and will.  We will listen carefully to what you want to achieve and give you an objective response about our ability and commitment to deliver what you need.  We will make the kinds of commitments that we have a track record of keeping.  If we have uncertainty about our ability to met certain aspects of your needs, we will tell you this and offer to engage other experts to partner with us.  When we tell you that we can and will do something, you will be able to count on us doing it timely and with high quality.

Q. What services do you offer?

A. We help you create a business plan or update your existing plan.  We help you execute that plan for as long as you need us to.  In short our offerings are:  1. Create/Update a business plan  2. Help you execute your business plan for as long as you like.

Q. What does it cost?

A. If anyone understands a small business’s need to focus on cost, it better be us!  We don’t charge by the hour for helping you create or update your business plan, we give you a firm estimate up front and charge you that amount when we are done.  Depending on the complexity of your plan, it can cost anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars.  It doesn’t cost you anything beyond a little of your time to obtain an estimate.  If you want help to execute your new business plan we just finished, the cost to have us do that will depend on how much and what kind of involvement you want.  Once we know the scope of responsibility you want us to accept, we will work out compensation with you that is mutually beneficial…something that we both feel good about.  It can be time-based (hourly, weekly, etc.), or project-based (results-oriented).

Q. Your work is guaranteed?  Tell me more.

A. We don’t charge you until we both agree that our work is finished.  If you don’t value our output highly, you don’t pay for it.  We want you to feel good about the value you have received any time you make a payment to us.  If you don’t feel right about something, we want to know about it and have a chance to improve it.  We want to be paid only when you are satisfied with what you have received.  How else are we going to establish and keep a trusting positive relationship with you over time?
