With so much advice about diet, food, and how to eat it is refreshing to find something simple! I had heard that eating more often is “better for you” but the explanations have seemed incomplete or incomprehensible. Dr. Dan Benardot, PhD, RD, LD, FACSM and Professor Emeritus of Nutrition, and of Kinesiology and Health at Georgia State University has made this easy to understand in his podcast about the merits of eating more often.
