How and Why Eating More Often Helps!

With so much advice about diet, food, and how to eat it is refreshing to find something simple! I had heard that eating more often is “better for you” but the explanations have seemed incomplete or incomprehensible. Dr. Dan Benardot has made this easy to understand in his podcast about the merits of eating more often. He provides an explanation that contains enough of the science to be credible but it’s straightforward enough that the layperson can grasp it and implement it.
